“Another horrible night having been tossed up and down all the time. My inside seems as if it ought to be outside. The sea is again fearfully rough and it is difficult to write or to stand. Up at short intervals all day and had a little boiled mutton for dinner at 12.15 & which we disposed of again by 12.30. Only Arthur and I up at all today. Sick again in the evening for a change.”
