Our Story
We *highlight your holiday adventures* 
Journey Jottings is based on an island in the Bay off Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.
We use bicycles and a little boat here for getting about.
Journey Jottings supplies over 500 retailers across Australia,
dispatching Map Journals and Mail-It Maps across the country
via Australia Post.
To get orders off on the first leg of their journey…
we use a trailer on the back of our bike.
Good for our health… but great for the wellbeing of the environment.
All our maps are printed with soya inks on Eco-label and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified papers that have a 40% recycled post consumer waste content.
Linda developed the idea to combine a Map with a Journal in 2003.
The first printing (subsequently referred to as ‘market research’)
was very quickly superseded with the first ‘sale-able’ Map Journal in 2004
